Project Co-Ordinator

Location: Energys Group Head Office
Department: Project Delivery Team
Reporting to: Projects and Operations Manager
Salary: £17K-£25K
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Purpose and objectives of the role

Office based administrator to provide end to end coordination of energy efficient installation projects

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team with inputting survey data and creating customer quotations
  • Co-ordinate all installation project logistics including stock, resources, equipment and documentation
  • Liaise with colleagues in Project Delivery, Finance and Logistics to support field based project managers
  • Monitor and track project progress and communicate project status to key stakeholders
  • Record and provide analysis of productivity and project finances
  • Create, maintain and issue documentation
  • Manage aftersales calls and warranty visits
  • Provide project invoice details to the Finance Manager
  • Manage and develop client and supplier relationships

Skills

  • Solid organisational skills including great attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, particularly excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
  • Able to work under pressure, multitask and manage time effectively

Experience

  • At least 2 years in a project co-ordination or administrative role
  • Experience of working in a role with a heavy emphasis on accurate planning and attention to detail
