With the COVID 19 (Coronavirus) outbreak creating a fast-moving and uncertain situation affecting us all, personally and professionally, we wanted to set out our arrangements for maintaining our services to you.
Our priority remains to protect our staff, our client’s staff and members of the general public that we interact with whilst at the same time doing all we can to provide our clients with continuity of advice and service, and we are constantly reviewing our policies and processes to achieve this.
Mindful of your health, and that of our own people, please note that:
- We will look to minimise face to face and external meetings over the coming weeks – using telephone calls, video calls or email instead whenever we can.
- We aim to continue to carry out our activities in a way that is as safe as possible and we have updated our processes accordingly.
- Our office remains operational and all of our site based staff continue to carry out our client facing activities, albeit with a much higher degree of control over hygiene and social distancing.
- We will continue to review the evolving situation on a daily basis, to take note of any government advice and to update our Risk Assessments and Methods in light of any additional information we receive.
